Huge thanx goes out to Stachel + crew and of course to Japanese squad... this was the gig to remember until your last days! We also raised 150 EU for local group fighting the planned US army base (www.nezakladnam-brno.org).

Russian label CxAx Music just released Russian tape version of our "Market Your Self" CD and also put 2 SYIH songs on benefit CDr compilation for homeless animal shelter in Moscow. It is called "Friends In Need" and you can get both releases from Timon (maskit2003@mail.ru).

 

Check out some photos from benefit gig for Jack Control which took place last Sunday in our rehearsal room. Along with few other contributions from our friends 482 USD in total will be sent for Jack's recovery.

The record should be out in April, but we are still looking for more DIY labels interested in joining cooperation to release this platter. So far labels like Insane Society, Impregnate Noise Laboratories, Phobia, Undislessed, Svart Hav etc. are putting their hard earned cash into it, but we would like to have couple of more. More labels = more records = cheaper price. Important news - the European tour of SEE YOU IN HELL, which is taking the place in September, will NOT be with GRIDE. GRIDE had some problems in their line-up (but they will continue to play) and they had to cancel the tour. We will play all the dates together with HOMO CONSUMENS. They are totally great raw punk band from the famous "Vrah Club Area" influenced by old Italian and Scandinavian bands such as WRETCHED, MOB 47, IMPACT etc. Make sure to check out their split 7" w/V.V.B. and split tape w/SEE YOU IN HELL. Some news about the comp. LP of NEGATIVE FX covers, which should be released by Podruido label from California (the label of RUIDOs singer Gen). Most of the bands already sent their stuff - RUINATION, REPROACH,
SPAUL, PIGNATION, SICK TERROR, PISSED YOUTH, THE DEAD ONES, CRIPPLE BASTARDS, NAILED DOWN, STAKEOUT,  VOORHEES and of course SEE YOU IN HELL too. Few bands are still sending the contributions - PROGERIA, NOISEAR, DFA, KNIFE FIGHT etc. The whole thing should be out hopefully soon. (Filip)

A couple of photos were added to photo section again, namely a cool series by Fred (Schizofrenia zine) take at Obscene Extreme 2002 festival.

Slight update on the upcoming shows. The one at Hamry festival yesterday was by the way the last one for me as a member of the band. I'll keep running the webpage till somebody more responsible takes over. (w.)

Fresh news from Filip who attends to the split 7" release. THE PUBLIC have their material recorde, this week we are sending it to the pressing plant. There will be 2000 copies total, out of which 500 will be on a coloured vinyl. The record will contain booklet and stickers of both bands. We expect the release by the middle of March at the latest.

We received a message from THE PUBLIC, straight from the studio. The recording of their half of the 7"EP is proceeding smoothly, so we should be able to deliver the vinyl heartwork in March, as planned. (w.)
